Dont waste your time!!!! ZERO stars! Does not work!!!!

Hopefully you didnt pay for this software (I got it free when I purchased MS Pro 3). PC tablet works, iPhone doesnt allow you to log in to use the app. Deleted from my phone and who knows if I will keep it on the tablet. I doubt it even works right if you cant even log in.

This crap is just that crap...Consistantntly rejects log in information.I use their passwords my passwords always resetting.Dealt with tech support, its good for a week then the crap starts over.Today is the 5th time since renewing. The first year was ok on a single device.I upgraded to cover my mobile devices and nothing ever good came of that upgrade. Even the application process is not user friendly.buy it at your own risk I will not renewa total waste.Even the pmt process was a joke.I purchased this throyugh Geek sqaud and they are just as useless with this softeware.

Can only install on iPad. Does not actually work on iPad. Big difference. Waste of money.

It may work for your PC/iPad but totally blows for the mobile device. Dont waste your time. I dont know why their sales pitch is that protection is everywhere. Clearly untrue because you cant even download on the phone.

Please update this to industry standard for iPhones. The software is just pure crap. I love the PC version. Make this good. Make this work. PLEASE!

I have followed the instructions to protect my mobile devices but it is NOT WORKING AND IS GETTING VERY FRUSTRATING.

I guess I wont be able to protect my phone! I followed the instruction and it will not let me log in.

Just renewed my webroot protection and decided to try it on my phone also.....ya it definitely doesnt work. I did everything it told me to, still nothing.

Dont buy this for iPhone, will not work. 7 hours with tech help still not working. Product is crap. Had it on lap top since day one thought I was protected, NOT, had malware and viruses, today spent $700 to optimize lap top and still not on iPhone!!!!! AVOID THIS!!!!!!!

Secure web crashes often. Often, I cant even finish typing the search item before the app closes.

Left Norton becuz everything is just bad from start, middle and the end. Received refund email still waiting for credit to post. Came to Webroot, and yup, unable to secure my iPhone and hopefully my Mac is covered.....how would I know??? Where on my Mac would my system verify? (Yikes)

Junk, plain and simple. Tried half a dozen times to get this to work on my iPhone 6, but couldnt log on. Seems to be working on Surface Pro 3, but Im skeptical.

My app quit working, so I called their help. They sent me to a completely different company. The guy immediately wanted payment info. I hung up. So, if you have problems, fagetaboutit.

I got a free trial including mobile protection. Im glad I didnt purchase it. The browser crashes every time I try to type any URL or search terms. Its completely useless for me.

But holy cow!!! My iPhone!!?!! Forget about it!! I dont know how they can be such a wreck with this when they are relatively efficient, and I have felt very protected on my laptops and desktops for a couple of years now. Its crazy! Even the phone app is a mess to try and figure out how to add a phone to your account. Im quitting until they make the obvious needed changes. The other reviews I read are an indication that this nightmare will only continue if I could ever actually get my phone added to my account anyway. I wasted enough time just trying to do that. Jeeez Webroot. Dont even offer a service that is such a mess until you get it right man, youre gonna screw up the polished reputation you spent a good deal of time creating with computers. Dont add phones and iPads until youre ready. Im now so frustrated I feel like k dont want to renew with you which is coming up shortly, and until now I often recommended you!

The Webroot apps dont accept credentials, constantly crash and its ridiculously useless. Stay away.
